If you are an electrical/electronic engineer or even work as technician or a hobbyist, you must know the correct size of cables you are working with. This is very important for safety and good work.
- For Safety! Yes, for safety because if you are installing some electrical appliances and you don’t know the exact size of required cable for that current, you will go for hit and trial. In that case if you select a cable that is small for the required current then there are most chances of cables setting on fire and in severe cases it can cost lives.
